A list of things that I love to smell:
- the kosher dog stand at Busch Stadium (a heady blend of grilled meat, onions and kraut)
- new plastic baby dolls
- fresh cut grass
- a hard-workin' man
- gasoline
- permanent markers
- peonies
- roasting garlic
- Chanel #5 (I stopped wearing it after a suitor told me I smelled like his grandma. I also stopped "wearing" him. Bastard.)
- clean babies
- my cats
- lilacs
- new cars
- the dittos we got in high school (pre-Xerox)
- rubber cement (also fun for making fake boogers)
- multi-layer forms with that carbon stuff on the back of the pages
- hyacinths
- bread baking in an oven
- the beach

The coffee aisle of a French supermarket for me.
Me and my brother go out to smell the flowers and you have the audacity to take a photo and publish it online?
I hate everything about dolls. The smell, the plastic skin, the evil piercing eyes.
...the desert after a nice rain
...chocolate
... a nice red wine
awesome list!
TIR: Yes! Coffee! I totally forgot about coffee. I love to smell the ground beans. Yum.
Mo: Have I told you lately how much I love you? I do. Lots.
LM: I can't believe I forgot chocolate, too. You people are made of win.
I am so with you on fresh cut grass and gasoline. I also kind of dig the smell of old books and pipe smoke.
This was a cool idea for a blog post- I should steal it and warp it ;)
Sunscreen.
The breeze that blows off the lake.
My kids' hair after it's just dried.
My husband's Acqua di Gio.
The drive-up window at Starbucks.
Right before and after a rain...

I like all of your favorite smells...interestingly even the new doll smell! Hahaha! You learn something new about yourself every day. Coconut anything reminds me of the summer and the beach!
Popcorn and pizza are two favs of mine for foods.
But my #1 best smell is way high up in the mountains where there isn't any pollution. Things are so clean that the absence of smell is amazing!
The smell of the books I inherited from my grandma when she passed away is one of my favorites. They still smell just like her house.
Spring air when all of the trees and flowers are blooming.
Banana Boat suntan/sunscreen lotion.
The smell of cotton before it's processed... smells earthy and peppery.
mmmm, I can smell it.
I love sunscreen smell on my children's skin.
If freshly cut grass smelled more like markers, I'd have a much better appreciation for mother nature as a whole.

A freshly lit cigarette before someone (I don't smoke) starts puffing on it.

Ooh FANTASTIC list.
Smell is so important! I might have to do a post like this too, but here are a few off the top of my head:
• Crayola crayons
• Cigar smoke
• Babies heads (I heard that babies heads give off a natural tranquilizer... Breathe deep. I'm just sayin'.)
• Baby Doll perfume in the gem-shaped bottle
• Coffee (even though I hate the taste).
: )

I also like the way gasoline smells... I thought it was just me.
I also like lilacs. And I love when my girlfriend wears vanilla body spray, it reminds me of cookies baking.
And does sniffing glue count as smelling?
Oh yeah, I think I forgot to tell you that I'm giving you an award-or did I already?
Damnit.
Hey, I'm giving you an award for bloggy awesome happy fun time!
