That's actually Helen Keller after ripping a super fart.
Air flute is actually extremely hard to play. If you get it wrong you look like a proper raving looney, if you get it right you look like a complete twit.
She could rock "Locomotive Breath". My great-grandpappy used to tell me stories of her.
From that angle I can't tell if snot is running down her nose.

I played the flute (metal, not air) for 13 years and still I laugh quite heartily at this.
Kind of looks like an air make out session to me. I did the same thing as a kid, only on the back of my hand.
