Everything I Like Causes Cancer

Where we've been convinced to write a new post on Dec. 2. Stay tuned!

Instead of preparing a post for today I laid on the couch in my pajamas, ate chips and watched movies all weekend.  Sue me.  I'll be back later with something worthwhile.  Well, I'll be back with something.

In the meantime, enjoy The Boomtown Rats.

I love this song! And have't seen the vid in years. Also, from the picture before the vid starts I thought that was Seinfeld in the puffy shirt. No lie.

I effing hate Mondays. Today is no exception. Thanks for giving my frustrations a voice. And background music.

laying on the couch and watching TV is how I prepare all of my posts. Nice work.

I'm o.k. with Mondays, it's that sneaky Tuesday that REALLY pisses me off. And don't even get me STARTED about that bastard Thursday...

This was always one of my favorite 80s songs, since it was about school shootings and featured the best non-Hall and Oates "Private Eyes" handclaps of the era.

That's the guy from Pink Floyd's "the Wall" (I had to Google it, I've never heard of this group but I knew it was the same guy!) Interesting coincidence that Richard Wright, Pink Floyd's keyboardist, died today. Please don't post any Red Sox World Series videos today. Thanks!:)

Zibbs: Maybe that's where Jerry got the bright idea.

pistols: It's the clapping for me, too.

Amy: I got freaked out by the storm!

Mike: Your second comment honestly made me LOL. I promise I won't mess with the Red Sox. At this point you already know this, but I like to show off: Bob Geldof, organized Live Aid. I like to say his name with a disdainful Brittish accent. Like, Bub gel-DOF. Try it, it's fun. "Jus' 'ooo the feck does Bub gel-DOF thank 'e is? No one I know, 's'ertain!" Hee. Fun.

I can't see the video, but I just wanted to state my support for watching movies and snacking all weekend.
