Everything I Like Causes Cancer

Where we've been convinced to write a new post on Dec. 2. Stay tuned!

It's supposed to get up to 75 degrees today and I have a yard full of leaves that dropped from the neighbors' oak trees. Guess what I'm going to be doing . . .

If you're in the neighborhood feel free to stop by and help, I mean, play.

I miss the smell of leaves in the fall, but I don't miss raking.

When I was in junior high, I took care of my aunt's yard. Mowing was no biggie, but when it came time to rake, she somehow had 40 trees overhanging her tiny city lot. We filled the whole driveway five feet deep with leaves.

And had to do it again the following week.

That video made my morning~! Tell the boys thanks. Especially the last few seconds where one is pulling on the other to yank him out of the pile of leaves. Looks like a busy day for everyone on this Sunday~!

It looks like fun, but in only a matter of seconds the germ-o-phobe in me kicks in and only sees it as a MRSA breakout waiting to happen. I would need one of those Silkwood style decontamination showers afterward. I know, I'm a party pooper.
