Everything I Like Causes Cancer

Where we've been convinced to write a new post on Dec. 2. Stay tuned!

It took about an hour this morning to pick up the sticks in the yard, blow it up, and fill it with water but here it is, my Olympic-sized daydream:

Peabody (proper pronunciation, please!) and Tammy are going to jitney over in a couple hours and we're going to "summer" like it's 1999. Peabody said something about bringing whiskey or maybe even the fixins for Long Island teas. It's shaping up to be a good day despite the hellish temps.

For the life of me I can't figure out any other way to say it than PEE baw dee, but it seems so obvious it must be wrong.

I quick zoom in shows no mint, but you may want to consider getting some and making some refreshing mojitos.

..And of course break into a game of Words, Voice, Motions (or WVM as the hipsters are now calling it).

Glad to see someone was able to get something productive done today. Ugh. Little hung over thanks to everyone, including yourself. The heat alone is enough to make me barf the second I stop outside; add the thought of alcohol and it's all over. Thank you for a grand evening and loads o' fun!

I love it! I have a round one - haven't bothered to fill it this year as all we have is rain, rain and more rain.

Hope it was a fun afternoon!

Your Hamptons estate is divine- I love what your groundskeeping team did with your patio pots.
Have your butler put out your finest beach towels- I'll be over later.

My husband has always pronounced it Pee-buddy and it makes me giggle every time.

Your back garden is everything that I wish and dream of and sadly very much like the one I left behind in Ohio when we moved away. Tiny, manageable, fenced-in. Exactly what a back yard should be.

Sorry I missed the fun, but I was there in spirit.

I think my invitation got lost in the mail! Love the back yard and love the pool. I'm on my way over now.
